Do you handle delivery & installation?
Absolutely! From cemetery verification (ensuring the headstone meets requirements) all the way to installation, we handle it all for you!
We'd like to go ahead and pick out our headstone, but are in good health, can we pre-order?
Definitely. In fact, this is much more common than you think. A great deal of the headstones we make are for pre-need arrangements. You get total control of what material, granite color and design will go on your headstone. We will carve it and go ahead and install it. This saves you money in the long run and ensures your family doesn't have to worry about choosing a memorial that you would have wanted.
One of my parents is deceased, but the other is living, can we go ahead and purchase a headstone?
Yes, this is very common. We'll guide you through the entire process.
If we pre-order a headstone is adding the date of death or other carvings included?
Unfortunately, we cannot charge you for work that we don't know when it will be completed. We do however have a very minimal charge for adding a date of death at the time of need. Just reach out and we'll get it handled for you.
How long does it usually take to make and install a headstone?
On our paperwork, we indicate 3-4 months for completion, but in reality we are typically inside of 2 months for in-stock granite memorials. We do kindly ask that you are aware that certain things such as the weather are out of our control and may slightly delay us.
